Hello, my name's Joshua. I was a soldier assigned to the 544 en company, of the 52 engineer battalion on fort Carson. It was here that I had the honor of meeting and serving with Richard falasco. He helped me adjust to military life quickly and became one of my closest friends.he mentored me thru some of my hardest challenges, offered me to stay at his home when I couldn't stand the barracks, and helped me thru a difficult time in my life with my alcohol addiction. He constantly bragged about his two sons, and how ugh he loved and adored them. We went to pro wrestling events together, shared numerous weekends of hellraising together, and he was handsdown the best soldier I met. My heart goes out to you his family, and knowing the joy he brought to untold many made his life that much more precious. I was heartbroken when I discovered the news of his passing, he was taken too young. But, I cherish the memories he left behind, and knowing he's in a greater place, spreading his exuberance, makes his memory last eternal. I again give my sincere condolences to you his family. I regret not being able to find him when I got discharged, so much I still wanted to thank him for. I will be visiting his resting place to give homage to my fallen brother, and grant him the respect he's earned. He was my brother, my battle buddy, and will always hold a place of respect in my heart. Thank you for letting me know him, and it was a privilege knowing Richard falasco. Take care and God bless
Respectfully,
