Domingo Agostini
Domingo Agostini was born to parents Domingo Agostini and Norma Ojeda on October 29th, 1956 and raised in the Bronx New York. The eldest of ten children, Domingo felt a sense of responsibility and the need to be a role model early in his life which is why he enlisted in the US Army where he proudly served his country, and later became a resident manager from which he recently retired.
Domingo, met the love of his life Maritza at just 16 years old and by 18 they were married. Together they raised two boys Dominick, and Daniel, they would later make him a proud abuelo (grandpa).
Often referring to himself as the" 5th Beatle" he was a talented soul who played drums, guitar, loved to sing, and document all the moments of the lives of others and his own through photography. Domingo once had a Latin Jazz band and released a Christian album. He loved the open road and took to it regularly riding his motorcycle with the guys. He loved god, and all of his family so very much. Dom loved life.
Domingo is survived by his wife, Maritza (Gonzalez); his sons and their wives, Dominick and Gilda, and Daniel and Nechelle; his grandchildren, Ahmajh, Desire, Caleb, Angelina and Nyles; his stepfather, Ismael Rojas; his siblings, Edgar, Freddy, Jeanette, Ismael, Jerry, Jonas, Richard, Dominick and Peter; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 5-9pm at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 11am at the funeral home followed by interment in Fishkill Rural Cemetery.
