Obituary for Millicent Claire Lee

WAPPINGERS FALLS – Millicent Claire Lee, 87, an area resident for the past year, died on July 4, 2019 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Previously, she was a long time resident of New Rochelle, NY.

Born in St. Mary, Jamaica on January 11, 1932, Millicent was the daughter of the late Percival and Eva (McGhie) Watson. She married Clarence Lee who predeceased her on October 24, 1993.

Millicent is survived by her five daughters, Lisa Lee-Bailey of Brandon, Florida, Carmen Sylvester and her husband Kenneth of Wellington, Florida, Debbie Benjamin of Wappingers Falls, NY, Donna Lee of New Rochelle, NY, and Rose-Marie (Angie) Lee of Wappingers Falls, NY and her son Gary Lee of Boca Raton, Florida; her 10 grandchildren - Tami, Fabian, Aaron (AJ), Krystina, Ryan, Sabrina, Jessica, Joshua, Matthew and Sean; 4 great-grandchildren - Cyann, Layla, Myles and Marcus; her two sisters Lydia Watson, Meg (Aston) White, and two brothers Vernon (Sylvia) Watson and Alphonso (Lanzie) Watson; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also predeceased by her sisters, Norma Watson, Carmen Blackwood and Doreen Henderson.

Calling hours will be held on Friday from 5-9 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday at 11:30 am at St. Mary, Mother of the Church, 103 Jackson Street, Fishkill followed by burial at Kensico Cemetery in Valhalla.
