Obituary for Carol J Impara
WAPPINGERS FALLS - Carol J. Impara, 55, an area resident for 20+ years, died on October 28, 2020 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.
Born in New Rochelle on December 25, 1964, Carol was the daughter of the late Albert and Arlene (Claps) Impara.
Carol spent most of her time with her daughter, Shyla, and they had an unbreakable bond that will never be forgotten. Carol was hardworking, inspiring, compassionate, and most of all selfless up until she passed. To everyone she met, she put a smile on their face with her infectious personality.
She is survived by her daughter, Shyla Impara of Wappingers Falls; her siblings, Laurie Hess and her husband John of East Fishkill, Albert Impara, Jr. of New Rochelle, Patricia Impara Johnson of Torrance, CA, William Impara, Jr. and his wife Laurie of Fishkill, and Tina Pugliese and her husband Joseph of Fishkill; many nieces, nephews, and friends; and her dog, Scout.
Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3-5pm at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday at 10 am at Saint Kateri Church, 1925 Route 82, Lagrangeville.
