Obituary for Joseph John "J.T." Boniello

Joseph “J.T.” Boniello, III, a lifelong resident of the Hudson Valley, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021. He was 34.
He was born in White Plains, NY on June 26, 1986. He was a graduate of Yorktown High School, Class of 2004. J.T. attended Manhattanville College and the University of Connecticut in Storrs. He loved listening to music and attending concerts. His favorite bands included 311 and Incubus. He enjoyed sports and was a devoted New York Yankees fan. An avid outdoorsman, he had a great fondness for nature, hiking, and snowboarding. He had an extraordinary sense of humor and a memorable way of storytelling that brought great joy to those around him. More than anything else, J.T. cherished spending time with his family and he will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his mother, Catherine (Nolan) Boniello of Naples, FL; his father, Joseph J. Boniello, Jr. of Wappingers Falls, NY; his brother, Stephen Boniello of Wappingers Falls, NY; his grandmothers, Mary Boniello and Eileen Nolan; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins as well as many other loving family members.
He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Joseph J. Boniello, Sr. in 2012.
Calling hours will be private, but relatives & friends can livestream the visitation on the funeral home website from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday, January 18. Guests are welcome to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 19 at St. Mary, Mother of the Church, 106 Jackson Street, Fishkill, NY. The funeral mass will also be livestreamed for those who wish to watch from home.
