BEEKMAN – Elizabeth Ann Lovett, 65, an area resident for 34 years and formerly of Brooklyn, died on March 20, 2021 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.
Born in Brooklyn on March 29, 1955, she was the daughter of Alfred and Elizabeth (Wilson) Pagnoni. Beth had been retired for several years. A strident feminist, she enjoyed Twitter, politics, and reading, but more than anything, she was a dedicated and loving mother.
Beth was predeceased by her loving husband, Michael Patrick Lovett, on June 21, 2013 and her dear cousin Denise Thompson on April 9, 2018. She is survived by her daughter, Ryan Lovett and her husband Sawyer; her sister, Jeanne Pagnoni; her brother, Alan Pagnoni; her beloved cousins (Sue Mahn Hughes, Barbara Lizzi, Dawn Maher, Christine Poillon, Karen Poillon-Delong) and friends (Chris Sena and Dehna Dykeman); and many nieces, nephews and godchildren.
Beth left an impression on everyone she met. She was kind, witty and brassy and she never backed down from what she thought was right. She will be so missed.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 1-4pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction.
In lieu of flowers please donate to Dutchess Outreach or your local food bank.
