Extremely sorry to hear this news. Gino was a great guy and a great softball player. Gino and I played on the same team in the Fishkill league back in the 1980's and he was an awesome hitter. He always teased me about the time I had to leave a game early to go to a game in Poughkeepsie and he pitch hit for me. Gino proceeded to blast a home-run which was not unusual at all for him. Loved his sense of humor and great attitude. Gino tried to play senior softball a few years ago but it did not work out for him. Fond regards to the family especially Jimbo. Treasure the memories.

Jacob and family, my deepest sympathy is with you during your time of sorrow. I am so very sorry for your loss. Jacob, I know how special your father was to you and how close you were to each other. Your father was always very proud of you Jacob. May the special memories you shared stay close to your heart and help you through this very difficult time. May God continue to give you the strength to get through this very difficult time. So sorry, Jacob. Sincerely, Mrs. Lombardi, Jacob's teacher from Fishkill Plains Elementary

I am going to miss Eugene. So many of my memories involve him. They include playing softball and football in the field, chocolate bunnies at Easter, him licking every piece of fudge I made him so no one else would eat it, listening to music at the rec, having to lock up the dogs when he came up, and sitting with me at my brothers funeral. Oh, and let's not forget him to refusing to buy a Barry Manillow cassette for my 16th birthday. We settled on Alabama's Mountain Music. He was a great man and is a great loss.
