Obituary for Carol Ann Giuliani
Wappinger Falls- Carol Ann Giuliani a long-time resident of Wappingers, and most recently from Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on January 22, 2023, at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. She was 83.
Carol was born on October 8, 1939, the daughter of Charles and Martha (Hess) Shultz in Hobbie, PA. She was married to Sylvester (Sonny) Giuliani on September 3, 1960 who pre-deceased her in 2010.
For over 25 years, Carol worked at Fishkill OB-Gyn as a Registered Nurse. Carol was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Poughkeepsie since 1969.
She enjoyed ceramics and was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her grandchildren were the light of her life. She was an outdoor enthusiast, who also enjoyed traveling and cooking for her family. She easily made friends and will be truly missed by them.
Carol is survived by her sons; Robert and his partner Thalia, Richard and his wife Linda and Jeffrey and his wife Lisa. In addition to her children, she is also survived by her grandchildren Caroline, Madison, Jason and Ryan as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband Sylvester, she is pre-deceased by her sister Betty Smith and Charles Shultz.
Calling hours will be Friday January 27, 2023 from 9am to 10am at McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc. 1089 Main Street, Fishkill, NY. A service will begin in the funeral home at 10am, Interment to follow at Fishkill Rural Cemetery.
