Adrian John Santos, 94, passed away peacefully at his home in Manahawkin, N.J. on June 14, 2022. Born in New Bedford, Mass. to Adriano and Mary Rose Santos, John spent most of his life in Yonkers. He was a Navy Veteran who served during WWII.

Mr. Santos spent his career working for Phelps Dodge Communications Company and retired from there in 1983 as Vice President of Manufacturing and Engineering. In his retirement he enjoyed being Mr. Fix It, spending time with his family and traveling every winter to his home in California.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years Donna, his children Adrian, Jason (Rebecca), Cathleen Kusel (Peter), and his grandchildren Sadie, Emma, John, and Mary. He is also survived by his nephew Anthony Virga and his niece Maria Virga Burns.

Calling hours will be held from 6 -8pm on Monday June 20, 2022 at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc. 1089 Main St. Fishkill, NY 12524. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10am on Tuesday June 21, 2022 at St. Mary Mother of the Church in Fishkill.
