Alberta Mary Gallagher, 55, of Cleveland, OH died on Friday, September 04, 2009, at the Lakewood Hospital in Cleveland.

Calling hours will be held on Monday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. at the Perazzo Funeral Home, 199 Bleecker Street, Manhattan. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at The Shrine Church of St. Anthony of Padua, 154 Sullivan Street, Manhattan. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Queens.  Arrangements are under the direction of the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction.
