Poughkeepsie - Alice Clark, a resident of Poughkeepsie NY, passed away on September 24th, 2024. She was 67 years old.

Alice was born on February 10th, 1957, in Manhattan to Joseph and Alice (Burns) O'Connor. Alice moved to Hopewell Junction in November of 1963 with her parents and six siblings.

After graduating High School, Alice went to work for IBM. Following a brief career there she returned to school to become an LPN, and worked at the former Wingate of Fishkill Nursing Home for most of her career.

Alice enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, watching movies, and loved all animals - especially dogs. She often said that if she'd ever won the lottery, she would buy a huge piece of property and open an animal shelter.

She is survived by her two sons: Kyle (Melissa) Clark, and Justin (Rosa) Clark; her mother Alice O'Connor; her four loving grandchildren: Liam, Ryan, Maxinne and Jaxon; Her siblings: Kevin O'Connor, Kerry O'Connor and Dennis O'Connor; and many nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her father Joseph, and her brothers Donald, Joe and George O'Connor.
