FISHKILL - Angela Carmella DiMaggio, 87, a resident of Fishkill, NY since 2010, died on August 20, 2025 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. She previously lived in Yonkers for over 40 years.

Born in Bronxville on July 16, 1938, Angela was the daughter of the late Philip and Fortune (Fava) Bellantoni. She was employed as a secretary at Kings Electric in Tuckahoe for over 30 years and then Denton and Tonkin Real Estate.

Angela was a devoted Catholic who was a parishioner at St. Columba Church. She enjoyed cooking for her family, knitting, drawing, and reading. More than anything, she loved spending time with her family, especially on holidays and special occasions.

On May 24, 1959 in Tuckahoe, Angela married Frank DiMaggio, Sr. who predeceased her in 2018. Frank always called her his "Queen" and they spent almost 60 years as husband and wife. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Donna and Salvatore Merlino, Joy and George Bombace, and Philip and Cindy DiMaggio; her grandchildren, Angela and Gino Giannettino, Deanna and Tyler Irving, April Merlino and her fiancé Gary Townsend, Briana Bombace, Andrea Bombace and her fiancé Ashley, Nicolette & Ryan Marshall, Richie DiMaggio, Torie DiMaggio, Frank DiMaggio and his fiancé Ciara, and Jessica and Clifford Rodriguez; her great-grandchildren, Blake, Giovanni, Mila, Addison, Capri, and Gino; her brother, Angelo Bellantoni; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, Angela was also predeceased by her son, Frank DiMaggio, Jr. in 2021; her sister, Jeanette Castracucco and her husband Michael; and her sister-in-law, Anne Bellantoni.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, August 26th from 4 - 9 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday, August 27th at 10 am at St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction followed by burial at Fishkill Rural Cemetery.
