MELBOURNE, FL – Angelina Berardi, 89, died peacefully at home on her wedding anniversary, August 29, 2022.

Born in Mangone, Italy on August 8, 1933, Angelina was the daughter of the late Giovanni and Maria (Bocchimuzzo) Stumpo. On August 29, 1954 in Mangone, Italy, she married Giuseppe Berardi who predeceased her in 2011.

She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Forshaw and her husband Joseph of Melbourne, FL and Milena Berardi of Fishkill; her son-in-law, Karl Marinaccio; her grandchildren, Joseph Forshaw and Thor Jensen, Elena and Andy Frame, Alexa Marinaccio, Jacqueline and Dylan Reitmayr, Jerald Joseph McGovern and Timothy McGovern; her great-grandchildren, Esme Frame, Adeline Frame, and Declan Reitmayr; her sisters-in-law, Concetta Berardi and Geltrude Bocchimuzzo; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also predeceased by her daughter, Rosamaria Marinaccio; her son-in-law, Gerald McGovern; and her sisters, Chiarina, Rosina, and Terezina.

Angelina loved to cook, garden, knit, and spend time with her family. She will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a friend to all. Angelina touched so many lives in a special way and will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 9:30 – 11:00 am at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 11:30 am at St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction followed by entombment in the Community Mausoleum at Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery.
