Angelina Civitano Corbi, a longtime Fishkill resident, died on September 7, 2023 at the age of 100. She was born in the Bronx on April 7, 1923, the daughter of Vincenzo and Anna Civitano. She spent her childhood and early marriage in the Bronx, where she was a graduate of James Monroe High School, and worked in Manhattan. Angelina (Lee) settled in Yorktown Heights with her husband Eliadoro (Eli) in 1954, where they raised their family. She will be remembered as a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
She is survived by her children: Maria (Paul) Mintz, Jean (Harold) Corbi-Ciappa,Virginia (Alan) Stern, Celia (James) Thomas, John (Veronica) Corbi, Paul Corbi, and Lois (Joseph) Chiappalone, her 18 grandchildren and 16 greatgrandchildren. Also surviving are her brother Thomas Civitano, her sister-in-law Anna Corbi, and her many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband in 2011, parents and her daughter Anne in 2016, as well as her siblings Louis Civitano, Julia Eberhart, and Frank Civitano.

Visitation will be at the McHoul Funeral Home in Fishkill from 4 PM – 8 PM on Monday, September 11, 2023. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary's Church, 106 Jackson Street, Fishkill at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. Burial will follow at St. Francis Cemetery in Mt. Kisco, NY.
