STAATSBURG – Anne Marie LeRoy, 64, a Dutchess County resident since 1973, passed away on January 11, 2024 at the Hudson Valley Hospice House. She previously lived in the Bronx.

Born in the Bronx on October 12, 1959, Anne Marie was the daughter of the late Patrick and Eileen (Sheehy) Hynes. She had been employed as a sales representative for Johnson O'Hare Co.

An avid shopper, Anne Marie also liked going to live shows and getting together with family and friends. Anne Marie was a beautiful woman inside and out, who liked to dress up and look great!

She is survived by her sons, James LeRoy and his fiancée Lisa Bernich of Ladson, SC and Joseph LeRoy and his wife Chelsea of Wappingers Falls; her grandsons, Gavin, Ryan, Liam, Alexander and Jayden; her boyfriend and best friend, Dwayne Nava; her sisters and their spouses, Mary and Donald Booth of Livingston and Eileen and John Nittolo of Hyde Park; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Anne Marie was also predeceased by her sister, Catherine DeSimone.

Calling hours will be held at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction on Friday, January 19, 2024 from 1 – 5pm with a funeral service at 5pm.
