Anthony Musarra, a resident of Fishkill, NY for more than 30 years and formerly of Yonkers, NY, passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel, NY. He was 62.
Son of the late Gaetano and Antoinette (Ciccone) Musarra, he was born in Yonkers on June 25, 1962. Anthony was a longtime employee of the Town of Wappinger, NY, where he served as maintenance supervisor. He enjoyed taking time to work around his house and property, especially landscape design. He developed a thorough knowledge of mechanical and machinery work, and especially loved working on Lionel train sets.
On May 23, 1993, he married Rosalia Giacalone in Yonkers. Rosalia survives at home in Fishkill.
Additional survivors include his son, Anthony Musarra & his fiancé Sabrina Farfaro; his sister, Maria Nola & her husband John; his brother, James Musarra; his siblings-in-law, Anna Giacalone and Tony & Gloria Giacalone; his nephews and niece, Joseph, John, and Lenissa; as well as many other loving relatives & friends.
Anthony was preceded in death by his parents as well as his brother, John Musarra; and sister-in-law, Isabella Giacalone.
Calling hours will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, December 18 at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. on Thursday, December 19 at St. Mary, Mother of the Church, 106 Jackson Street, Fishkill, NY. Interment will follow at Fishkill Rural Cemetery, 801 Route 9, Fishkill, NY.
