Antoinette "Ann" Raulli, a local area resident since 2010, formerly of Toms River, NJ and Ozone Park, Queens, died at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie on Wednesday, October 10, 2012. She was 85.
Daughter of the late Joseph and Concetta Tuscano Panico, she was born in Brooklyn on December 23, 1926. Ann worked for First National Citibank in Manhattan and White Castle in Brooklyn. She loved knitting, cooking, baking and was a parishioner at St. Mary, Mother of the Church in Fishkill.
Residing at the Manor at Woodside in Poughkeepsie, Ann touched everyone she met there and admired her fellow residents and the staff as well.
On November 6, 1949, she married Frederick V. Raulli in Brooklyn. She was predeceased in death by her husband on May 23, 2010.
Survivors include her son, Frederick Raulli & his wife Phyllis of New Hyde Park; her daughter, Lorriane Edwards & her husband Bruce of Wappingers Falls; her grandchildren, Phyllis Ann Annunciata, Diana Edwards, Matthew Edwards and Christopher Raulli; her great-grandson, Nicholas Annunciata; and many nieces, nephews and other loving relatives & friends.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, October 13 from 2 to 6 p.m. at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill. A second visitation will be from 1 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, October 14 at Park Funeral Chapels, 2175 Jericho Turnpike, Garden City Park, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:15 a.m. Monday, October 15 at Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church, 45 Mayfair Road, New Hyde Park, NY. Interment will follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
