April Valk's Obituary
April M Valk, 49, of Jersey City, New Jersey, formerly of Walden, NY, died on May 10, 2023 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Wayne, NJ following a courageous battle with cancer.
Daughter of the late Paul "Pete" Valk and Fern Beadling, she was born in Newburgh, NY on November 23, 1973.
April is survived by her mom Fern Beadling; her children, Jacob Hogencamp and his wife Denise, Brittany Hogencamp, Beth Hogencamp and Paulie Cahill; fiancé Mike Capiello; grandchildren, Riley Layton, Harper Layton, Jacob Hogencamp Jr., and Berlynn Hogencamp; many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, she was also predeceased by her daughter, Hope A. Hogencamp.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, May 22, from 6-8pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, INc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction.
