Aria Marandi, 51, a resident of Denver, CO since 2005 and formerly of LaGrange, died on Saturday, July 20, 2013 in Denver, CO.

Born in Tehran, Iran on November 9, 1961, he was the son of Azadeh Soreyai Marandi of Iran and the late Aref Marandi. He had been the owner and operator of ATM Cleaning Company in Wappingers Falls for 13 years. He had been a member of the Mission Church in Holmes.

In addition to his mother, Aria is survived by his children, Sarah Marandi-Steeves and her husband Brian of Poughkeepsie, Anita Marandi of LaGrangeville and Jacob Marandi of LaGrangeville; his sister, Kathy Marandi and her husband Shahram Rohani of Iran; his brother, Arjang Marandi and his wife Shahnaz of Iran.; and the mother of his children, Therese Gilman Marandi-DiDato.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 2-5pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction followed by a service at 4pm.
