Arlene E. Olen, a resident of Highland, and previously of Poughquag, died Monday, January 27, 2025 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.

Born July 8, 1941 in Westbury, NY, she was previously employed by the Teamsters Union, before leaving the workforce to raise her family.

She was a member of the Beekman Fire Company Ladies' Auxiliary.

She is survived by her children, Laurie Tomaselli and her husband Christopher, of Highland, and Walter Olen, of Florida. Her husband of 50 years, Raymond J Olen, predeceased her on August 27, 2018.
