Assunta Tecce's Obituary
Assunta Theresa Tecce, 96, an area resident for 22 years and formerly of Yonkers, died on Friday, April 27, 2012 at Elant at Fishkill.
Born in Mount Vernon on October 19, 1915, she was the daughter of Gennaro and Christina Paterno Genese. She was a parishioner of St. Mary, Mother of the Church in Fishkill.
Mrs. Tecce is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Albert and Susan Tecce of Fishkill; and her sister, Edith Stone of Coral Springs, FL. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert Tecce, Sr.
Calling hours will be on Monday from 8:30-10:30am at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am at St. Mary, Mother of the Church, 106 Jackson Street, Fishkill followed by interment in Beechwoods Cemetery in New Rochelle.
