Barbara Jean Clifford (Christopher), born on August 30, 1949, in Ossining, New York, passed away peacefully on December 19, 2025, in her home in Lagrangeville, New York, where she resided surrounded by love with her daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughters.

Barbara was preceded in death by her beloved partner, Skip Watkins.

She is survived by her devoted daughters, Ali DeSilva and Erin Clifford. Ali and her husband, Ryan DeSilva, shared a special bond with Barbara, providing her with a home filled with comfort, laughter, and care. Barbara was a proud and loving grandmother to Elle, Liv, and Eve, who were the absolute light of her life and her greatest joy.

Barbara was known for her hard-working nature, her fun-loving spirit, and her open and caring heart. She was a woman of remarkable strength who always put her family first, standing strong for those she loved in every season of life. Her greatest love was her daughters and grandchildren, and she found her deepest happiness in time spent with them.

She cherished the beach and found peace by the ocean, spending some of her final days in her home in Long Beach Island, surrounded by family and love, exactly where she was happiest.

Barbara will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her strength, warmth, laughter, and unwavering devotion to her family.

Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025, from 12-3 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. A memorial service will be held at 2:30.
