Barbara Ann Santoro, age 77, passed away on August 2, 2023 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. She was born in the Bronx, NY on September 14, 1945 to the late Louis and Grace (DeLucia) Spagna. On February 17, 1977 in the Bronx, she married her beloved husband William Santoro, who survives at home.

For many years, Barbara worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Wappingers Federation of Workers Local 3745. She was a parishioner at St. Columba Church. She loved shopping and spending time with her family.

In addition to her husband William Santoro, Barbara is survived by her children: James Fogler and his wife Allison, Robert Fogler and his wife Aida, Stuart Fogler, Joy Snyder and her husband Jason, Heather Miller and her husband Brad; her step-children: Lisa Steffano and her husband Kevin, and Marc Santoro; her grandchildren: Andrew, Alexandra, Isabella, Carly, Jacob, Jed, Hartley, Natalia, Alec, Juliana, Matthew, Dante, Gabi, and Aidan; great-grandchildren David and Daniel; and her sister Deborah Harris and her husband Phillip.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday August 6, 2023 from 2-6 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc. 895 Route 82 Hopewell Junction, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday August 7, 2023 at 10 am at St. Columba Church, followed by burial at St. Denis Cemetery.
