Barbara J. Webb, 63, an area resident since 1975 and formerly of Yonkers, died on Sunday, August 15, 2010 surrounded by her loving family and dear friends.
Born in New York City on May 10, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Gerald and Marie Camerano Lawson. Barbara was a graduate of Dutchess Community College and was employed as a Registered Nurse at Putnam Hospital Center for 26 years until her retirement in 2000. She felt blessed in her vocation as a nurse and will be remembered as a devoted caregiver, wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
Barbara is survived by her husband Donald K. Webb whom she had been wed for 46 years; her children, Robert A. Webb and wife Allison of Rhinebeck, Donna Heraghty and husband Christopher of Poughkeepsie and Anastasia Diaz and husband Jerry of Roswell, GA; her grandchildren, Sam, Noah, Emma, Nicholas, Zackary, Phebe, Brody and Nathan; her brother, Tom Lawson of Texas; her sisters, Mary Marasco of Texas and Rose Cipriano of Yonkers; and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The funeral service will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church, 1200 Main Street, Fishkill with Rev. Jean Campbell officiating. Interment will follow in Fishkill Rural Cemetery.
