Obituary

SALISBURY, CT – Beatrice J. Urso, 99, died on August 15, 2017 at Noble Horizons in Salisbury, CT. She previously lived in Mount Kisco and Millbrook.

Born in England on October 25, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Henry Caban and Ada (Menzies) Walker. In 1947 in Mount Kisco, Beatrice married Clarence Urso who predeceased her in 1981.

Beatrice is survived by her children, Deborah Cody and her husband Dennis of Millbrook, Robin Fusiak and her husband David of Garrison, Christopher Urso and his wife Joanne of Poughquag, and Brian Urso of Brookfield, CT; her grandchildren, Erin Neubardt and her husband Seth, Kelly Small and her husband Terry, Kathleen Crupi and her husband Gaetano, Jennifer Cody, Lisa Cody Lesser and her husband Jonathan, Amanda Wiley, Paige Fusiak, Christopher Urso and his wife Kylie, Jessica Bell and her husband Patrick, Maxwell Urso, and Joseph Urso; her great-grandchildren, Kaylah, Michael, Caroline, Nicholas, Asher, Azalea, Jules, Evelyn, Adeline, Elly, Aidan, Kody and Kessa; and her nieces in England, Penny Bennett and Jane Halstead. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also predeceased by her brother, John Walker and her sister, Frances Walker.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 12- 4 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction with a funeral service at 1 pm. Burial will be at the convenience of the family at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery in Mount Kisco.
