Beverly Ann Higgins, 82, an area resident for 25 years and formerly of Yonkers, died peacefully on May 23, 2022 following a long illness.

Born in Yonkers on November 30, 1939, she was the daughter of Vito and Concetta (DeYorio) Tocci. Beverly had been employed as a cashier at The Home Depot in Wappingers Falls.

Beverly is survived by her daughters and their husbands, Maureen Higgins-Abato and her husband Christopher, and Patricia Attanasio and her husband Alan; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Collins, Kevin Collins and his wife Robin, Michele Fox and her husband Donald, and Kristen Attanasio; her great-grandchildren, Jeffrey, Mikayla, Jenna, Jordana, Liana, Micah, Brianna, Ashton and Emmett; her sister, Rosemary Ragone; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Raymond Tocci and Robert Tocci.

Calling hours will be held on Friday from 2-4pm at McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. There will be a service at 4pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
