POUGHKEEPSIE – Brittany Troncone, 24, entered into eternal rest on May 21, 2020. Brittany was born in Beacon on April 6, 1996 to Matthew Troncone and Nadine Saraceno. For the past ten years, she was a resident of the Cardinal Hayes Home for Children in Millbrook, NY.

Brittany loved attending weekly mass, listening to music, watching sports with her dad, and eating her favorite foods of pickles, olives, and provolone.

In Matthew 18:4 Jesus tells us "Whoever then humbles himself as this child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven." Brittany was a shining example of this passage. You could not help but feel the presence of God when you looked into her eyes, was graced by her wonderful smile, or witnessed her child-like innocence. Heaven must be just a little bit brighter now that Brittany is there.
