Candi S. Azzaro, 63, a resident of Wappingers Falls for five years and formerly of Center Moriches, died suddenly on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.
Born in White Plains on May 10, 1947, she was the daughter of Russell S. and Alice Helen Quirk Whitney. Candi was an artist and she loved the ocean.
On January 9, 1969 in Germany, Candi married Roger L. Azzaro. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Kerry Secchia and husband Michael of LaGrange, Kelli Incorvaia and husband Angelo of Wappingers Falls and Kevin S. Azzaro and fiancé Jenny Durba of Wappingers Falls; her grandchildren, Taylor Whitney Secchia, Angelo Joseph and Lukas Anthony Incorvaia; her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Velez, Jonathan, Raymond and Elyse Azzaro; her cousins, Myrna Hanna and Brynn Raab; and many other loving family members and friends. She was predeceased by her sister, Barbara J. Hammond on July 21, 2009.
Calling hours will be held on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8 p.m. at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The funeral service will be held at 8 p.m.
