Carol M. Giusto, 74, a resident of Hopewell Junction since 1977 and previously of the Bronx, died on December 31, 2016 at Mid Hudson Regional Medical Center.

Born on April 19, 1942 in the Bronx, Carol was the daughter of Phillip and Yetta (Speilvogel) Kuperberg. She worked at F.J. Dupont Co. in Manhattan as a key punch operator for several years. She and her husband spent many years attending area car shows and cruises where they sold their Bronx T-shirts.

On November 5, 1960 in Mount Vernon, Carol married Vincent Giusto, who survives at home. Other survivors include her children, Frank Giusto and his wife Nancy of Fishkill, Ralph Giusto and his wife Nancy of Newburgh, and Lori Bernabe and her husband Steve of Hopewell Junction; her grandchildren, Jessica, Amanda, and Joey Giusto, Cameron and Carter Bernabe; her brother, Joel Kuperberg and his wife Sandy of Mohegan Lake; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction.
