Chanchal Bhatti's Obituary
Chanchal Bhatti, 100, a resident of Hopewell Junction since 2004 and formerly of India, died on Friday, February 22, 2013. He was a member of the Mid Hudson Sikh Cultural Society.
Born in India on August 22, 1912, he was the son of Narayan Bhatti and Gujjar Kaur. Mr. Bhatti is survived by his wife, Gurdial Bhangu; five sons, a daughter, fifteen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will commence on Monday at 10am at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The procession will depart for the crematory at Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery at 12pm.
