Christina V. Zielinski, 79, passed away at home on November 26, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on April 4, 1944 to the late George and Julia Zielinski.

Christina worked for many years as an Insurance Investigator for John Hancock Life Insurance Company. In her free time, she loved to travel. Whether it be a road trip or a plane trip, or even a cruise, she was happy to explore new places. She also loved to read and she was a very big animal lover. She had many pets over the years whom she loved dearly.

In addition to her life companion of 52 years, Carmela Volpe, Christina is survived by her beloved goddaughter, Andrea Cupertino, her godson, Keith Cortez; her sister and brother-in-law; and many loving cousins, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Christina was predeceased by her parents George and Julia Zielinski, and her young nephew George Carroll.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday November 30, 2023 from 10-12 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc. 895 Route 82 Hopewell Junction. A Funeral Mass will follow at 12:30 pm at St. Columba Church.
