WAPPINGERS FALLS - Christopher Martin Corbin, 61, a lifelong area resident, died on October 16, 2025 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born on June 10, 1964 in Poughkeepsie, Christopher was the son of the late Donald and Mildred (VanVlack) Corbin. He had been employed by Selux Corporation in Highland for the last 15 years.

An avid outdoorsman, Christopher especially enjoyed ebiking, metal detecting, and hiking.

Christopher is survived by his children, Christopher Corbin, III, Cassandra Corbin, and Ciara Corbin; his granddaughter, Arieanna; his siblings, Donald Corbin, Mark Corbin, and Cindy Corbin; his wife who he remained friends with, Mary Corbin; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Christopher is also predeceased by his brother, Wayne Corbin.
