EAST FISHKILL - Clotilda Regina Martini, 94, an area resident for 19 years and formerly of Yonkers, died on February 9, 2023 at Salem Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.

Born in Yonkers on December 16, 1928, she was the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Gallo) Campana. Carol had worked as a salesperson at Gimbels at Cross County Center in Yonkers. On November 26, 1986 in Yonkers, Carol married Albert J. Martini who predeceased her on March 22, 2012. Carol and Albert were snowbirds, spending their winters in Port St. Lucie West where she was a member of the Columbiettes and the Moose Lodge. She loved to travel and enjoyed doing crafts.

Carol is survived by her daughter Lauren Giardina and her husband John; her grandchildren, Joseph and Johnna Giardina, Heather and Jeremy Campbell, Gianna and George Gray; her great-grandchildren, Gabriel Campbell, Alexis and Emma Campbell; her brother, Augustine Campana; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was also predeceased by her daughter, Karen Gray, in 2013; and her siblings, Rita Handres and Joseph Campana

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 3-7pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday at 10am at St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction followed by interment in St. Denis Cemetery.
