Connie Lauri passed away on December 14, 2025 at the age of 97, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 16, 1928 in Poughkeepsie, NY to the late John and Mary (Vigliotti) Risbello. She married the love of her life on September 16th, 1951, John Lauri. At the time of his death on May 28, 2022, they were married for 70 years.

Family was the most important thing in the world to Connie and her loved ones meant everything to her. Cooking and caring for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought her so much joy and purpose.

She is survived by her 3 loving daughters: Denise Wood and her husband Dave, Debbie Lippolis and her husband Jack, and Donna Williams and her husband Keith; her beloved grandchildren: Kyle Wood and his wife Jen, Erik Wood and his wife Vanesa, Scott Terralavoro and his wife Theresa, Jill Terralavoro, Jason Williams and his wife Kate, Lauri Wisniewski and her husband Justin, and John Williams and his wife Lynell; as well as her great-grandchildren: Alyssa, Colleen, Megan, Cara, Alison, Jonathan, Madison, Kelly, Cassandra, Matthew, and Abigail.

Connie was predeceased by her sister Jean Bottini.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday December 23, 2025 at 9:45 am at the Church of St. Columba 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction, followed by entombment at St. Peter's Cemetery 171 Salt Point Turnpike Poughkeepsie, NY.
