PLEASANT VALLEY – Craig J. Sherer, 75, an area resident since 1988, died peacefully at home on January 25, 2023. He previously lived in Johnson City.

Born on December 29, 1947 in Allentown, PA, Craig was the son of the late Raymond and Lorraine (Schadt) Sherer. He was employed by IBM in White Plains for over 34 years until his retirement.

Craig is survived by his wife of 55 years, Carol (Kimmel) Sherer; his daughter, Heather Sherer; his son, Cristofer Sherer and his wife Margie; and his grandchildren, Emmitt and Malia Sherer.
