POUGHKEEPSIE – Cynthia Ann Rozelle Pfluger, 75, a lifelong area resident, died on March 5, 2021 at home after a courageous 14-year battle with cancer.

Born on July 15, 1945 in Poughkeepsie, Cindy was the daughter of Alfred and Carolyn (Ackert) Rozelle. She owned and operated Hair Designs in Poughkeepsie. Cindy loved kids (her own and everyone else's!), animals, her garden, and her lipstick - in that order. She loved to travel and go to the movies. Most of all, she cherished her family and many friends whom she loved deeply. Cindy was an absolute inspiration and her love, kindness, humor and beauty will live on in our hearts and memories.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday at 11 am at the Hopewell Reformed Church, 143 Beekman Road, Hopewell Junction. If you would like to attend the funeral service in person, please register for seating:
