DANIEL F. BROSNAN
AUGUST 31, 1966 – NOVEMBER 16, 2013.
Ossining – Daniel F. Brosnan, 47 of Ossining, N.Y. Died unexpectedly on Nov. 16th. Dan was a skilled carpenter who was completely devoted to his family and his strong faith in God. He thoroughly enjoyed his favorite sports teams, the
NY Giants and NY Rangers, along with fishing and golfing. He was a talented musician and played trumpet with the Pleasantville Volunteer Fire Department band for many years. Dan was an active member of The Mission Church of Holmes, N.Y. and was always very quick to help lend a hand to those in need. His subtle sense of humor often filled the room with laughter.
He is preceded in death by his father Arthur T. Brosnan Sr. He is survived by his wife Sylvie Brosnan, daughter Marlena Brosnan and son James Brosnan, and his mother Geraldine Brosnan of Hudson, N.H. He is also survived by his brothers Arthur T. Brosnan Jr. and wife Suzanne of South Orleans, Ma., William Brosnan and Lisa Taylor of Poughkeepsie, N.Y., Timothy Brosnan and wife Valerie of South Dennis, Ma., Patrick Brosnan and wife Jennifer of Hadley, N.Y, his uncle Coleridge Hunt and wife Mary Jane of Hopewell Juntion, N.Y., and his Aunt Donna and Uncle Tony Cavalieri of Croton, N.Y. He was also predeceased by his Aunt Peggy Hunt Ray, Uncle Orrin Ray and his Aunt Florence and Uncle Albert DiCuirci. He is also survived by nephews Timothy, Christopher, Sean, Eric, Matthew, and niece Morgan along with many cousins.
You will be forever missed and you will be forever in our hearts.
