WALLKILL – David Brent Navarro, 29, of Wallkill and formerly of Poughkeepsie, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at home.
Born in Poughkeepsie on March 30, 1982, he was the son of William and Allison Leonard Navarro. Mr. and Mrs. Navarro survive at home.
David graduated from Wallkill High School and attended Dutchess Community College. He was a Licensed Massage Therapist and a musician who loved playing the guitar.
In addition to his parents, David is survived by sisters, Lindsey Jablesnik of Newburgh and Lauren Navarro of Wallkill; his grandparents, John and Patricia Leonard; his nieces and nephews, Alexia, Christian, Lola, Ila, and Adrienne; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Calling Hours will be held on Sunday from 2-5pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10 am at St. Denis Church, 602 Beekman Road, Hopewell Junction. Entombment will follow in the Community Mausoleum at Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery.
