WAPPINGERS FALLS – Deborah A. Cascio, a Dutchess County resident since 1995 and formerly of Yonkers, died on Monday, February 25, 2019 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie. She was 64.
Daughter of the late Paul and Evelyn (Albert) Hepworth, she was born in Yonkers on July 12, 1954. Deborah worked for many years as a data entry specialist for Con Edison. She was also a longtime employee of Sam's Club in Fishkill, where she was a food demonstrator and served in several managerial positions. She liked listening to music, and especially loved her favorite artists who included Dean Martin and Mariah Carey.
On September 22, 1979, she married Russell J. Cascio in Yonkers. Russell survives at home in Wappingers Falls.
Deborah is also survived by her son, Chris Cascio & his partner Nicole Goldstein; and many nieces, nephews, other loving relatives & friends.
Calling hours will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 28 at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:15 a.m. on Friday, March 1 at St. Mary, Mother of the Church, 106 Jackson Street, Fishkill. Interment will follow at Fishkill Rural Cemetery.
