Deborah J. Furness, 49, a lifelong area resident, died on Friday, May 16, 2014 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center following a long illness.
Born in Mount Kisco on August 29,1964, she was the daughter of Nathaniel Spock and Judith Simpson Spock.
Deborah is survived by her mother, Judith Spock; her sons and their wives, Jim and Colleen Tompkins of Yorktown Heights and Brian and Jaclynn Furness of Hopewell Junction; her siblings, Vicky Bloomer, Jay Spock, Missy Smith and Shawn Spock; six grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 6-8pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction followed by a service at 8pm.
