FISHKILL – Deborah A. Shutowich, 64, an area resident since 1962, died on December 3, 2018 at the Kaplan Family Hospice Residence.

Born on August 15, 1954, Deborah was the daughter of the late Donato and Mary (Formica) Caruso. She had been employed by IBM in East Fishkill.

Deborah is survived by her daughter, Dana Shutowich of Howell, NJ; and her siblings, Kevin Caruso and his wife Merridee Farr of Park City, UT, Robert Caruso of Bothell, WA; and Michelle Caruso of Newburgh.

Deborah enjoyed exercising and walking on the rail trail. She also liked traveling, spending time at the beach and going to concerts. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and friends, and looked forward to her regular lunch dates with her friends.
