Dennis A. Loria

Dennis A. Loria, 79, an area resident for 50 years, died peacefully at his home on June 12, 2026.

Born in the Bronx on July 22, 1946, he was the son of the late Alfred and Sophie (Ramsauer) Loria. Dennis proudly served our country in the US Army. He had been employed as a Technician with Xerox in White Plains.

Dennis loved football and was an avid fan of the New York Giants. He also enjoyed the New York Knicks.

On November 29, 1969 in Mount Vernon, Dennis married the love of his life, Julie Kazes, who predeceased him on November 20, 2021. He is survived by his daughter, Dawn Lyons; his son, D.J. Loria; his grandchildren, Taylor and Jordan; his brother, Alfred Loria; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

The funeral service with military honors will be held on Thursday at 11am at the Maurer Mausoleum at Fishkill Rural Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made in Dennis' name to his favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
