Dorothy and Paul built a home in Wappingers Falls and lived there together for many years, raising a family and making wonderful memories. Dorothy was a warm and gentle person. She was known for giving the best hugs! She was a true animal lover and had many beloved pets over the years. She enjoyed cheering on her favorite football teams, the NY Giants and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Dorothy is survived by her 3 children: Elizabeth "Betsy" Lewis and her husband William (Bill) and their children Crystal (Jason), Patrick, and Allison; Linda Pisacano; and John Drusik and his partner Camille and their children Michael (Jill), Nicholas (Teresa) Ashley (Bryan), Zackary (Nikki), Leann (Jonathan), as well as several great grandchildren. Additionally, she is survived by her brother Major General Albert G. Rogers USAF Retired.

Having lived in their original house since it was built, Dorothy had seen many neighbors come and go over the years but valued the support of her close neighbors, including Mark and Cathy, Mike and Terry, Vinny and Linda, and Jim and Becky. A very special thank you to Mark.
