Edward Francis O'Neill III was born in Port Chester, NY in 1975. He attended Matthew Patterson Elementary, the Garrison School, James O'Neill High School and DCC. He had been employed as a Pharmacy Technician in Wappingers Falls and Fishkill for many years.

He is survived by the love of his life and wife-to-be Stacy Chiarello and the children of his heart James, Mathew, and Alyssa of Wappingers Falls, NY. He is also survived by his mother Clara Walsh and his step-father James Walsh of Fishkill, NY, his step-brother and step-sisters, his cousins, and many dear friends.

Ed was predeceased by his father Edward F. O'Neill Jr. who died in 1987.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday February 26, 2026 from 1 - 5 pm, with a funeral service beginning at 4 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill 1089 Main St. Fishkill, NY.
