Eileen Grace Kealty, 78, entered eternal rest on October 31, 2016 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.
Born on January 18, 1938 at St. Claire's Hospital in New York City, Eileen was the daughter of the late Francis Xavier and Helen (Powers) McMahon. She attended Good Shephard Grammar School, Holy Cross Academy High School, and St. Catharine Academy. She has been employed by HR-TV Representatives, US Rubber Company, and Katz Television.
Eileen was a parishioner of St. Kateri Tekakwitha Church, and she taught CCD at St. Columba Church for 10 years. She loved to garden and to do ceramics with her friends, but most of all, she loved to care for her family and her home.
On September 8, 1962 at St. Gabriel's Church in Riverdale, Eileen married Francis Joseph Kealty who survives at home. In addition to her husband, Eileen is survived by her children, Eileen Alanna Manning of St. Petersburg, FL, Francis Joseph Kealty, Jr. and his wife Patricia of Clinton Corners, Terence Patrick Kealty and his wife, Liza of Hopewell Junction; her grandchildren, Ryan Kealty, Shannon Kealty, Sean Kealty, Ceire Kealty, and James Kealty; her sister, Erin Riebesehl; her sister-in-law, Ronnie McMahon; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Brian McMahon.

Calling hours will be held onThursday from 2-4 and 7-9 at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 10am at St. Kateri Tekakwitha Church, 1925 Route 82, LaGrangeville. Interment will follow at St. Denis Cemetery.
