Elizabeth Mary Killeen, a Wappingers Falls, NY resident since 1997 and formerly of Putnam County, passed away at home on Tuesday, October 3, 2023. She was 91.

Daughter of the late Giovanni and Maria (Amendola) Delicati, she was born in Manhattan on September 8, 1932.

On February 19, 1955, she married James F. Killeen in New York, NY. Elizabeth and James raised their family in Garrison, NY. For many years, they owned & operated Killeen's, a tavern located in Cold Spring, NY. James predeceased Elizabeth on September 21, 2003.

Though she loved knitting, crocheting, and sewing, Elizabeth truly cherished spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her son, James Killeen (Donna); her son, Gerard Killeen (Kathleen); her daughter, Theresa Scagnelli; her grandchildren, James, Jonathan (Robin), Gerard (Maribeth), Danielle (Chris), Elizabeth, Brian (Amy), Paul (Traci), and Christina (Brad); her great-grandchildren, Alexis, Rosalie, Thomas, Cillian, and Otis; as well as many other loving relatives & friends.

In addition to her husband and parents, Elizabeth was also predeceased by her son-in-law, Paul Scagnelli.

Calling hours will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, October 8 at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. on Monday, October 9 at St. John the Evangelist Church, 31 Willow Street, Beacon, NY. Interment will follow at Fishkill Rural Cemetery, 801 Route 9, Fishkill, NY.
