Portsmouth, NH - Enes C. Garda, 94, of Portsmouth, NH and formerly of Fairview, NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday morning, May 10, 2016 at the Edgewood Centre in Portsmouth, NH where she had been a resident for the past year.

She was born on September 25, 1921 in Union City, NJ, a daughter of the late Aurelio and Angelina (Clerico) Lesca.

Enes was pre¬deceased by her beloved husband, Howard C. Garda, who died in 2001.

She is survived by her daughter, Carol A. Buyakowski and her husband, Frank, of Hopewell Junction, NY; her son, Dennis H. Garda and his wife, Gail of Hampton Falls, NH; her grandchildren, Karen Povall and her husband, Bill, of Lagrangeville, NY, Robert Buyakowski and his wife, Alison, of Wappingers Falls, NY, Lori Litzenberg and her husband, Jeff of Amesbury, MA, Caryn Anderson and her husband, Andy, of Nottingham and William Kenneally and his wife, Erin, of Newton, MA. Enes also leaves 13 great grandchildren.

New Hampshire visitation will be from 6:30 to 7:30 pm on Thursday, May 12, 2016 in the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home – Crematory, 811 Lafayette Rd., Hampton. A Prayer Service will follow the visitation starting at 7:30 in the funeral home.

Entombment will be beside her dear husband in the Fishkill Rural Cemetery & Mausoleum, Fishkill, NY.
