Enletta was born on May 2, 1957 to the proud parents Enlest and Catherine Stovall. She was raised in the Bronx, NY and went on to graduate from Albany State University with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science. Shortly thereafter she became a NYC Correctional Officer. She married Selvin Rodulfo in 1985 and their union bore a son, Brandon Rome Rodulfo.

After 20 years with Corrections she retired and began to enjoy the fruit of her labor. Always keeping busy, Enletta was an active member of her church, enjoyed reading, cooking, baking, shopping and decorating her home. She also loved to travel with friends and family.

Enletta is preceded in death by her parents, a brother Alfred Cooper, Jr., two sisters Sandra Ager and Julia Lowe. She has left behind to keep their memories of her in their hearts, her loving son Brandon Rodulfo, a brother Warren Cooper, three sisters Rosanna Hammond, Janice Testman and Crystal Pereida, three beautiful grandchildren: Lilia, Raeya and Kenzo Rodulfo, seven nephews: Shawn Robinson, Alfred III, Warren Jr., and David Cooper, Josiah, Malcolm and Isaac Testman, four nieces: Theresa Palmer, Kimberly Laurent, Sherry Cooper and Crystal Boose, a host of cousins, great nieces and nephews and cherished friends.
