Evelyn Evelyn M. Olsen, age 84, passed away on October 29, 2023 at her home in the Town of Poughkeepsie, NY. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on November 18, 1938 to Einar Bjorn and Else (Undem) Olsen.

Evie worked as a Manager for Lighthouse Christian Bookstore in Orange, Ca and previously worked as the Registrar at Camp of the Woods in Speculator, NY and Mission Aviation Fellowship in North Carolina,

Evelyn is survived by her cousins in the USA, Arnold Oftedal of Point Pleasant Boro, NJ , Kristine Oftedal of Brooklyn, NY and Donna Marie (Undem) Powers of Brooklyn, NY; and several cousins from both sides of her family in Norway.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Edith Janet Olsen in 2017.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at 3PM at the Fishkill Baptist Church, 107 Route 82, Fishkill, NY. A reception will follow at the church. Please visit Evie's Book of Memories at www.mchoulfuneralhome.com.
