Filomena M. Morelli, a resident of Concord, North Carolina, and previously of the Bronx, passed away on February 24, 2021. She was 94.

Filomena was born in the Bronx, on May 28, 1926, to the late Donato and Maria (DeMilla) Balletta.

On September 14, 1946, in the Bronx, she married Joseph N. Morelli, he predeceased Filomena on July 29, 2002.

Filomena is survived by her daughter, Lorraine Scutero; her daughter, Evelyn Vignola and her husband, Joseph; her grandson, Ronald Carpino and his wife, Treethip; her granddaughter, Stephanie Seugling and her partner, Christopher LeQuire; her granddaughter, Karen Condro and her husband, Mark; her grandson, John Vignola and his wife, Ellen; her granddaughter, Denise Amodei and her husband, James; her 10 great grandchildren; and many other loving relatives and friends.

In addition to her husband and parents, Filomena was also predeceased by her 4 brothers.

Calling hours will be held from 2pm - 6pm on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street Fishkill, New York. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 10am at St. Mary Mother of the Church, 106 Jackson Street Fishkill, New York. Interment will immediately follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, New York.
